Is it suitable outdoors?
It is made for outdoor house signs. We are confirming the acrylic grade and UV resistance with the maker before launch and will show them here.
Can I have other colours?
At launch we offer the two finishes shown. Ask us if you want another colour and we will check with the maker.
Do I see it before it is made?
Yes. After you order we email a proof of your wording, font, finish and size. Nothing is cut until you reply to approve it, and you can change anything at that point.
When will it arrive?
Each sign is cut to order. We estimate 2 to 3 weeks to your door with free tracked UK delivery, and we confirm the date with your proof.
Can I return it?
Because it's made with your wording we can't take it back for a change of mind. If it doesn't match the proof you approved, or arrives damaged or faulty, we remake it free or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
When will my sign arrive?
Each sign is cut to order. We estimate 2 to 3 weeks to your door with free tracked UK delivery and confirm the date with your proof.
