Each sign is cut to order. Estimated 2 to 3 weeks to your door with free tracked UK delivery; we confirm the date with your proof.

Returns

Signs are made with your wording, so we can't take them back for a change of mind. If it doesn't match the proof you approved, or arrives damaged or faulty, we remake it free or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You can also cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except personalised items and opened food or hygiene products. Email support@vickersldn.com with your order number. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
